Ingredients:
Beets
Directions:
- Cut stem off beets and wash with potato brush
- Cook the beets by baking, either in foil or in a covered dish 350° for a hour, in whatever fashion you prefer
- Cut into 1/8" thick slices
- Space out on dehydrating trays
Dehydrate at 135° for 4-6 hours
