Kiwi Peach Banana Leather

Kiwi Peach Banana Leather

Kiwi is an interesting addition to almost any leather. It has a little more texture than many fruits, but the taste is not for everyone. Try it out to see what you think.

Ingredients:
  • Kiwi
  • Peach
  • Banana
Directions:
  • Add 4 kiwi, 2 peaches, and 1 banana to the blender
  • Blend until smooth (not need to over blend if you want more texture)
  • Oil fruit leather sheet and place on dehydrator trays
  • Pour 2 cups of blended mixture onto sheet

Dehydrate at 115° for 4-6 hours.

Step 1 - Add kiwi, peaches, and bananas to blender
Step 2 - Blend until smooth
Step 3 - Oil fruit leather sheet and place on dehydrator trays
Step 4 - Pour 2 cups of blended mixture onto sheet

Fruit Roll-Up Sheets range in price from USD $3.50 to $11.00 (per sheet) on Amazon, depending on the dehydrator that you're using. Amazon ships to Australia, but everything is priced per pound. Shipping Rates and Times to Australia can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_navbox_596184_tips?nodeId=596190 I don't know a good place to purchase in Australia, but if I come across a good site I'll let you know.
