This is a super-convenient tool for coring and slicing a pineapple. Just cut off the top of the pineapple and then spin the slicer down through the fruit. It can all be done in less than two minutes. When you're finished coring and slicing, scrape out the remaining pineapple and use it (with another fruit) to make a fruit leather.
