Ingredients:
Apples - 10 -15 apples
Lemon Juice - juice of 1 or more lemons
Directions:
Wash, core, & cut apples into 1/4 - 3/8 inch thick slices. Mix in bowl lightly with lemon juice. Space out onto drying rack.
Dry at 150° F for 1 - 2 hours, 130° F 4 - 6 hours
Adjust lemon juice to taste. Full strength lemon juice will give you a pretty tart apple.
