Ingredients:
dried morels
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup half and half
Whole wheat bread
Directions:
- Soak dried morels for about 15 to 20 min in water with a bit of salt
- Gently drain morels then cut them into quarters
- Heat two tablespoons of butter in pan and add the morels
- Saute for a few minutes then add half and half - about a half cup
- Let simmer at low boil for about 20 minutes
- Toast slices of bread
- Butter toast and add morels
